Accountability Boot Camp
Instructor-led Course
Overview:
This training session was created for the Business Process Management team to teach company supervisors principles of accountability and how to apply them to their daily workplace. The participants represented numerous areas of the company such as hotels, restaurants, IT and accounting, so the material had to be applicable to all. The course was led with the feel of an informal discussion where the only visual aids were large boards for the instructors to take notes on. Attendees completed a workbook throughout the course that became a reference tool they could keep. The instructor's version of the workbook provided extra notes to make sure the discussions included all pertinent topics.
