Overview:
This training module was created for managers to prepare them to discuss quarterly incentive goals and results with their employees. It is an independent study e-learning module that provides consistent training to all managers to educate them on the contents of the incentive statement and provides them with tools and guidance for coaching their employees. The training breaks down a complex conversation into simpler steps.
